Bridle ValleyBridle Valley is a proposed new rural residential development proposed within the Cabonne Council area only a short 10km from the Orange CBD on the Lower Lewis Ponds Road. It is situated directly opposite the established and popular Weemilah and Strathnook Lakes Estates.
Lots will range in size from 1.13 hectares to 4.23 hectares with some lots having existing dams, extensive native vegetation and views to Mount Canobolas. Building sites are ideally located to ensure privacy and provide a quality aspect. Some lots will have direct access to the Clifton Grove bridle trails for horse enthusiasts. Water supply may be supplemented by individual water bores for some of the lots (subject to Office of Water approval). Overhead power supply and underground telecommunications will be available for connection at the front of each lot. All fencing, access and entrance gateways will be constructed by the developer. Rezoning approval was obtained on the 16th January 2015. Development Approval was granted by Cabonne Council on the 1st June 2015. Only 10 unique lots were available, with 8 of these already secured.
